Returns & Exchanges

At Organifi, we want you to feel as good in our sustainable apparel as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
